EXTERIOR POSTS & BEAMS

Houses of both traditional and contemporary designs have been transformed with the clever use of simple Post & Beam structures. Whether they are used as a support for creeping plants such as bougainvillea, which grows well in the Queensland climate, or as a feature in itself, the rustic look adds character to any architectural style.

FLOORING

Perhaps one of the most common applications for our large section timber is for flooring. Tongue & Groove boards can be milled up to 240mm in width providing a striking visual effect for any room. Colour's can vary from light brown through to deep rich reds that once polished exhibit a warmth and character unique to reclaimed timber.

DOORS & ENTRANCES

The front door is the greeting or welcome to your home or place of business. Because aged timber has inherent warmth and depth of feeling it can offer a warm welcome to your guests or clients. As each application is unique we generally make the doors to order and have a very large catalogue of design ideas from which to make your choice.

Our craftsmen are dedicated to their craft and enjoy the privilege of working with such fine timbers available to us. BENCHTOPS FOR KITCHENS AND BARS

Australian hardwood is ideally suited for hard wearing surfaces such as kitchen bench tops, bars and counters. Our timber is well seasoned and very stable, making it the perfect choice for areas of high volume workflow, that can be easily maintained while also retaining its esthetic beauty, charm and of course stability.

Because we work with exceptionally long beams, we can re-mill bar tops to almost any size without joins in the length. This can provide uniform colour and texture when the situation requires and also eliminating unsightly and unhygienic end joints.
